RE:European Uranium – Commences Legal Proceedings in Slovakia This is nothing else than the last kick of a dying uranium horse...
"Shareholders should note that the legal proceedings are separate and independent to the applications that Ludovika has before the Ministry for an exploration license to allow exploration for rare earth elements in the Kuriskova deposit area."
Do they realize at all that they are going to sue the same institution that they are hoping to get a new exploration licence for REEs from?
My opinion is that they do realize it and the reason why - despite the fact that the ministry's decision about their REE application has not been officially published yet - they released this news today is that they learnt from the ministry in an unofficial way that their REE application is about to be refused (just like their application for uranium exploration extension had been refused before).
The best thing that EUU could do is to pack their bags and drills and try their digging luck somewhere else, out of Slovakia. The only pity for them is that nobody wants them anywhere - even their "golden" Reyes/Gold/Nevada rescue plan failed...
Greetings from Košice, Slovakia.
