This Strike

This StrikeI guess I don't really understand this, but if they have so much bad publicity already, even if they raise this money, how can they stay in business?  
It's not like these guys have parts contracts for manufacturing that guarantee cash coming in.  If they raise the money, their survival is contingent on getting more new students from other countries to take risks on registering for long periods of time.  I can't see anyone doing that.  
So, if they raise the money, how do we see this getting better for them?  I can only see it getting worse, because they will have fewer customers.  Isn't this like booking a cruise on a ship that's sinking?
