Comment on ceo.ca yesterday...$RD, had a good talk with Ian. AGM went well, +99% voted for RDs board members. Financing is in the final stage (paper work), construction should start immediately after closing (expected mid July), they're all ready and everything is set with the contractors to start construction in CO; expect continuously strong shareholders support in the current and final PP and as well some new solid investors; Expect also some great news re debt package; RD will file an offical BID for $CBJ tmw and then their shareholders have 35 days to decide, RD will need 51% of the votes; CBJ takeover would "only lead to 15% dilution after all" and RD would be able to "double their assets", Ian doesn't expect permitting and security Issues at Vetas which is a mining town and needs new business; drilling program (+10k m) will also start collateral to the construction progress, that's awesome re the news flow and RD will target 1.
