Thanks for your input.I've only been invested in this recently, unfortunately got in a bit high (just under $39.00) but it was getting a lot of positives from several sources.  I'm holding on as I find the dividend attractive and they have a nice niche with their properties.
So you do have an interested audience retiredcd.
