Good point nnnelio. ESL schools in Canada are in a competitive environment with tight margins. It's very difficult to make a profit with loosie-goosie management - like LOY'S.  On the other hand, privately-owned schools on the verge of bankruptcy can't raise millions of dollars from investors. 

Ryu has already knocked the wind out of LOY'S financial sails and the new management can't have many more tricks up its sleeve.  It's just a matter of time until reality sets in. It will be interesting to see when and how it happens.
