The deficit has already started ,always takes a while till the reserves run low enough ,then the pannic begins. 
The people that are selling at these prices will regret their move in a year or two.
All those losses when all they had to do was be patient. 
Look at 2008 every one dumped and lost their shirts,,
What did all the smart people do ? They bought! 
The last 6 years have seen more billionaires be born then in all of history. Why? 
Cause they took advantage of this nonsense that is happening at this moment with C UM and other stocks like it . If a guy had some extra cash he would be smart to get some oil stock now . What goes down will go up!!
