second, I disagree with your assessment on windy hill as legal fees and other issues have a poor reflection on ebitda. The last quarterly loss was not significant enough to say that the tawanka and integrity placements would still keep us unprofitable. 

As as river has stated, there are 3 firms that put in 11 million in this market, I would imagine they dug into the books before putting in that money on the venture. The accusation of integrity alone gives us above current value, not to mention windy hill and tawanka.
