CAUTION NEW INVESTORS
The below applies to CBJ also. See also EOM and Galway Gold posts which I have made. These boys want your money to recoop major losses.
To any new potential investor. Caution. We have a lot of posts by a small number of individuals who are extremely bullish on EOM and take over chatter. This chatter is based on congenture and speculation. A small group of daily posters approximately 6-8 who have no daytime job paint a rosy picture of a buyout. Do not be fooled. I have 150,000 shares at an average of $0.70 in EOM however I am not going to sit by and watch this group of misfits posts complete fabrication. I believe a buyout could be a year or more away since the Company resource number have been less than impressive.
Item 1- EOM has no current PEA or prefeasibility study
Item 2- Pumpers are saying neighbour AUX is going to buy EOM. Probably yes over time but it could be a long time before that happens. The middle east owners got this company by default of the bankruptcy of Batiste. Who knows what their plans or timing is.
Item 3- EOM publishes updated 43-101 which had no effect on the stock price. The heavy volume of the year was a day before this was published with 300K shares driving the price down. The market is not impressed with resource levels based on a $1200 gold price and 2.5 gram cutoff.
Item 4- Take a look at Continental Gold with 8 M ounces and $1B PEA 43-101 which trades at a market cap of about $350M. This deposit is advanced stage and 13 grams per tonne vs. EOM at 5 grams per tonne. Continental is expected to gets its permit this year and the market is still not overly impressed. In 2011 this stock would trade at $20.
Item 5- Gold price continues its downward trend. Less than 1100 now. Top firms like Goldman and others have it pegged to go to 1050 or less. What does this mean. It means EOM needs to beef up its resource with more drilling and make its next PEA more viable. That could be 1-2 years.
Item 6- The perceived leader of this board is a fellow named Shiffknowsbest with a picutre of the real Peter Schiff, a very well respected investor, author, TV personality and politician. His many surrogates or aliases are as follows:
a) NaturalCurrency- Agrees with every Shiffy post
b) Dansul - Just a dense fellow
c) Sailor 8- Perhaps the dumbest who thought a NPV of $350M of a 2012 PEA translates into a value of about $4 per share based on 92.5M shares outstanding. No one pays that much today for a project with a discounted cash flow value over 10 years. Valuation 101.
d) BountyHunter- Another alias or puppet of Shiffknowsbest
e) Oldtimer- A guy into this investment or the former Greystar since 1995 and still hanging on. Crawls out every so often for a tale from the crypt or what Columbia was like all those years ago.
f) Dingingdeeper- Digging into what. LOL
All of these guys come up with different stories on a weekly basis. The latest one is that several companies in the area are all planning to come together. No pun intended. One story to the next with no facts to support. I
tem 7- Do not take my word for this, take a look at the price and the low volume and interest. The puppets above want you to buy so they sell into a rally. Do your own due dily and do not be fooled by these jobless clowns. You work hard for your money so be cautious. If you respond to any of their posts, just try to disagree and they will surely call you a basher since they are all pumpers.
GLTA serious and new investors
I will call them out on their silly posts whenever I have time. I have a real job also. LOL
