RE:RE:RE:It certainly is broad based sellingNo doubt that GVC making a much higher bid for BWIN is good for NYX. In fact, without AYA having to risk any upfront cash is even better. As a result, by GVC partnering up with Cerberus, I believe a deal with Amaya is even more likely. GVC will need to quickly de-lever, so a quick turnaround sale to AYA of the Poker assets would make the most sense. These are early days still, it will take time.
