Insiders hedging
You should read whats in the link below. It raises eyebrows.

It could be applied to any stock traded. It could explain why many stocks lose shareholder value without any apparent reasons. Nothing implied or intended here.

There is no way to win these day if insider hedging plays against retail investors.
