RE:RE:Mortgage broker fraud goes unpunished.Thanks for that 02charoc.  I have emailed the following to Home Capital and will post the reply if/when received.

Home Capital seems to have established that a number of brokers committed fraud on applications, and have been cut off from further partnership with Home Capital.  My question is will Home Capital be making efforts to bring charges against these brokers or making representation to the appropriate licensing agencies in an attempt to have their licenses removed.  
 
I would also like an email address of the appropriate Provincial and/or Federal agencies responsible for licencing the brokers involved in the fraud.
