RE:RE:FCU Vote Support Agreements ... only 1.68%
I have over 50000 voting no. if I want dml stock......id buy dml.. Period Quakes et al jumped on my face when I expressed my displeasure over Dev raiding our drilling money to give to his other company, DEV.3.0, and negotiated the absolute maximum price possible for the least amount of shares possible for his other company..... In an Epic bear market, we should owned close to half that company if we had a management team that was looking out for the best interests of its shareholders. why are they not giving us our portion of the shares of DEV3.0? you don't think management could have negotiated this deal without our 10% interest in DEV3.0? This guy Dev negotiates the absolute worst deals possible in the history of finance, that ive seen ever in a bear market. DML is a money losing, back to the wall, share rolling back, money pit and we just gave them a sweetheart deal for our resource.
