RE:RE:RE:RE:Telus or BCE at this point? I own both too and I agree with the comment around BCE's divvy's and T's growth.
Really hard to pick one over the other at this point IMO. It may depends on what you're looking for. BCE's dividends yield is really compelling and I expect it will continue to grow 5% annually for the next few years. I think the shares got a bit ahead of themselves earlier in the year when they approached $59 but I can see the price working its way back soon.
T's dividend growth rate combined with it's share buyback program has been phenomenal with corresponding rise in share price. Their 2013 forecasted 10% annual dividend growth rate ends next year and I'm hoping at the 2016 AGM they announce they will continue with that 10% pace and NCIB for another 2 to 3 years. If not at 10%, I suspect they'll keep pace with BCE at 5% per year.
