Cavinsin, yes unfortunately low share issue is a double edged sword. On one hand the share price can get high and fast if management and performance is great as in CXR. On the other hand the volume is a problem and many funds shy away due to liquidity issues. Another great example of this is Constellation Software with only 21M shares and volumes of 13-15 thousand daily. The share price is now in excess of $550.00 giving them great ability to raise cash without diluting shares. Yet they have even a greater liquidity issue than CXR.
Better to have that problem then too much liquidity like PHM. What a disaster!!!
