It seems fairly Reasonable that Tesla WOULD want to buyout Pure Energy for a couple reasons.
1. He could aquire the large amount of high grade lithium resource they own, at a low price. Basically he would just be buying the asset rights to have his own lithium mine in the ground
2. If he buys now before lithium becomes a highly sought after commodity, he will invest in it at its lowest price which is now vs having to pay inflated prices once prices do go up.
3. Tesla won't be paying for any mark up prices or extra costs of product because he will own it all himself.
And This isn't too far fetched of an idea seeing as he bought out that Michigan auto body company earlier this year. Smaller companies such as pure would be an easy take over because they aren't as established and pricey as some of the higher end companies.
Yes I understand that we may be far far from production. But money talks and if Elon Musk wants this company and he wants prodiction to start up sooner than later, he will put some money into it and it'll go up a lot quicker than you'd think.
And just going off articles and reports from pure and other news sources. We're the only mine in North America with >99.99% Purity. As if that's not attractive enough on its own.
also if we take all the points mentioned above and replace tesla with Albermale. Those are all legitamet points for albermale to aquire pure too.
If Batteries become the future of energy. To invest in something like this early on would make sense.
i feel like the Devils advocat even mentioning any relation to tesla or alb
If any responses, please share thoughts on why Pure is NOT a good candidate for an aquisition.
