German Cable company identified, massive positiveCoeno and Espial to provide new UX for Tele Columbus. German TV technology specialist
Coeno is advising Tele Columbus (third largest German cable operator) on a new user interface
for a new set top box and is working closely with ESP. A new set top box is expected to launch
towards the end of year, which supports management commentary of the first of three existing
contracts going live in Q4/15 (

Subscriber count better than expectations, with upside potential. Tele Columbus’s website
indicates ~1.7 mln subs vs. our 1.5 mln estimate. TeleColubus just three weeks ago acquired
PrimaCom (https://bit.ly/1fFJZe8), Germany’s fourth largest cable operator with ~1 mln
subscribers.
