1. They lost close to a year when the coup and subsequent northern conflict started? Is it AGG's fault when they can't get 3rd party consulting engineers on the ground because they can't get insurance?? AGG wasn't the only company effected by this event.
2. The original PEA wasn't up to snuff and had to be re-worked as there would be too may questions in the mine financing DD process. Now you could hang this on management but at least they should have it right this time.
I understand your frustration but your negative bias is blinding you to the facts of the matter.
