RE:RE:Kherson lovers and hatersI know...it is tiresome.  I just want to talk about any potential for this company.  does anyone have any feel for what they an selll Vancouver for.....  is there anyone out there that would buy the asset in excess of the trading mulitple of the company so that some equity could be driven into the shares.  am I correct in saying there is roughly 900,000 in debt / converts on the books.  If this think makes ebitda of $100 MM... what is a reasonable multiple. 

In otherwords ... how much upside is there in this company
