RE:RE:RE:Kherson lovers and hatersSelling North Van at a discount, unlike NATO, isn't a necessity.  NATO was a broken asset that could never turn a profit at $50 oil and $20 bitumen.  north Van would've been sold ages ago had even a whiff of decent value been obtained......it clearly hasn't got any legit offers..aand it won't.   Superior and others are better off waiting for CUS for either the markets to truly tank, for interest rates to rise OR for for the next set of DEBs to come up for renewal, then they can buy that asset or the entire company on a dime.

there is value there, but this'll be a penny stock soon and buying then will enable you to buy in at a rate that'll increase your odds of making a return.  

Buy out and hold will be dead money here for a while.  Trade this week by week and maybe you'll make some cake.
