This is not good news. If Citrix sells for $11b then 01 becomes a minor issue that factors into the price and the settlement does not go forward before the sale. Templeton is resisting forced retirement and wants to go down with the ship - probably with a huge personal retirement package. Negotiationns for the sale of the goto products have not started. Events could still move quickly but this does not help.
