01 management are not players. They are like us - watchers - except on the simple decision to accept or decline any offers which may vary from a low royalty and and a big upfront payment to a higher royalty and lower payment upfront. Also to sell 01 as a whole or sell the patent by itself. The advice of B&H really should decide 01`s choice, but even there B&H will do what is best for them and not necessarily best for 01 or us which is where 01`s management gets to make a choice. Don`t discount the premise that the final decision 01 makes will be the best choice for share holders. Instead it could be the best choice for 01 management but not for share holders.
