RE:U Know U're Going to Get HitWhile it is clear that you have made an effort to research the company's Sedar filings, OregonDuck, I find your conclusions unconvincing.
The Company is far from insolvent. It has no debt and over $20 million in cash. Clearly it has the resources to continue its present business plan for some time.
i presume the goodwill associated with the acquisition of GoldMoney will be written off over an acceptable period of time. The GoldMoney part of the business continues and recent hirings indicate that they expect it to grow. We will all start learning more about this aspect of the business from the next few quarterly reports.
Yes there were millions of low cost shares issued in the past to the founders and early backers but most of these shares are under clear regulations and public disclosure regulations. They cannot be dumped at will. As for millions of other shares, these were sold into the market over the past four months and no longer hang over the market as you imply.
i have no problem with you being bearish on this company. That's what makes a market. But I do think we are all best served by a full and fair discussion of the facts and prospects of the business.
