Focus Graphite Inc. is a Canada-based advanced exploration company, which is focused on developing high grade flake graphite deposits to supply battery grade graphite. A dark cloud is now hovering over FMS!

A dark cloud is now hovering over FMS!No matter how you cut it FMS is now under a very dark cloud with this legal action. It could expose inside information during the court proceedings. Moreover, its interesting that the legal action is coincidentally taken when FMS needs cash the most. Will FMS CEO take a hair cut on his salary and bonuses this year to contribute to FMS legal fees or will he try to do another PP and dilute further shareholder value? Something to watch.

All in my opinion.
