RE:ECI has been a headacheYou probably gave up on it too soon, It's actually in the low volatility index, so it is mostly a income stock, which it safely provides a very good yield. It does however have good growth opportunities. $15 next spring is not unreasonable. Plus you are getting a 6% dividend. I got in around $15/share too, then averaged down because I still think this is a gem. I don't think you will be disappointed if you buy in at these prices, just collect the dividend and ignore the price. It should slowly go up over time, but SLOWLY is the key word.
