Moray is not only converting his rights, he is also

converting rights picked up in the public market. What is happening is that he has a lot of money tied up in this stock, and I suspect that we will see some M&A activity here quite soon. With this much invested by Moray in this stock, the odds are that we will see a substantial increase in value. This my opinion only. I have been saying this for a long time.
