Typically insider purchasing is a positive indication.
In this case for those like myself wanting to see SICPA definitive agreement behind us so that a GFI/Petromark/SICPA announcement for tag and track fuel application between now and the end of this calendar year is a distinct possibility..Lets hope we do not see any further buying from Rowlands past what is reported now and that what he purchased in Sept has run its course...judging by his Sept purchases I would hazard a guess we won't see an announcement related to SICPA closing to end of October-early November earliest...just because the optics of buying RIGHT BEFORE an announcement wouldn't fly with the exchange rules and reg comittee.
