Seems like a short attack. Sometimes they use a naked short tactic in a stock like this with negative momentum. Let the stock bounce, piledrive it, cover, repeat over and over until investors get sick of it and want out at any cost. It takes 3 days to settle trades so as long they keep pushing it down they make a fortune. No sign of it stopping anytime soon. Most institutions were already overweight or bought into the equity issues so there is no buying pressure to counter this. This will be low $30s in no time, on the brightside this tactic can create good buys, just don't buy in to early.
