Kherson quit it, you monkey.  There are some intelligent posts happening here.  Don't ruin it.  NOBODY POST AFTER THIS.  Thanks.

Also, I agree with others, if you had a solid managment team to fall back on, you reject this offer.  But you don't, so get what you can and run.....it's clear the market doesn't think this deal is going to happen.  I said this before when the price was 10% below, now that it's 20% below, you beleive me?
