The unveiling will include the Company's latest version of its high-definition body cameras and micro in-car forward facing camera that maximizes vision while reducing in-car clutter. The latest version of the high-definition body camera includes the DOKN-GO™ appliance, providing an easy-to-use total solution for smaller law enforcement agencies. The micro high-definition in-car camera has wide angle and long-range capability in a single two mega pixel package. As previously announced on August 20, 2015, the Company entered into a strategic reseller agreement with SunGard Public Sector Inc. ("SunGard") to promote Gatekeeper's body camera and evidence management solution to their law enforcement customer network. Accordingly, the Company and SunGard have planned a joint marketing and product launch of Gatekeeper's body camera and data management system scheduled for October 24th at the IACP conference at booth #4060.
