Number of debentures that have not been converted

Number of debentures that have not been convertedBelow, I estimated how many debentures have not been converted.

Bridge converted to 2914146, we will establish assumptions and calculation will take effect from 2.00 to 25% = 1.50

20.00 / 1.50 = 13.33 new shares for debenture
2,914,146 / 13.33 = 218,615 debentures converted by Bridge

If the company increased by
63,060,285 - 29,748,449 = 33,311,836 new shares

Using the same basis of calculation, then were converted about:
33,311,836 / 13.33 = 2,500,000 (rounded) of a total of 4.36 million total debentures.

In this way, still remain without converting:
4,360,000 - 2,500,000 = 1.86 million debentures

If these 1,860,000 were converted on the same basis:
13.33 x 1,860,000 = 24,793,800

Which added to the 63,060,285 would become 87,854,085

Exact value that i always post here long ago.

That is, if all the debentures are converted on this basis:

29,748,449 / 87,854,085 = 0.33 = 33/100 = 33%

And the current shareholders would be reduced to 1/3 of their previous participation.
