RE:Can't VRX take legal action?Have a good buddy that is a lawyer. Not securities but he always mentions he's surprised that companies don't go on the offensive on these attacks. In the case of an anonymous attack like the "emperor" blogger, that's more difficult but in the case of Citron with a named individual with a shaddy past, he's says the company should make a VERY PUBLIC start of proceedings, serving him papers etc.
The stock would shoot back up and the case would be pulled.
