RE:RE:low price

RE:RE:low price
There are quite a few things here that just don't allow me to be jumping up and down with joy.

1) as you point out , they are not buying SGC but only the asset
2) Fed expected to start tightening interest rates over the next 6 months......if this is a one and done scenario of a quarter point then fine....but if not then we could see the start of a US dollar bubble that would see all commodity prices hurt badly.
The chineese could lower their bid or pull out entirely based on this scenario...
3) I don't see any financial deal breaking penalty if the Chinese walk away at the last minute
4) Insiders and Management do not own a lot of shares....with the price now offered and anounced is management allowed to buy shares in the open market now???? and if they are allowed then why are they not doing so with the current share price 75% below the offer price?????
5) Why is PG not commenting?????  Perhaps even he is perplexed by this deal.
6) I cannot see shareholders turning this deal down.  I am sure they would vote on mass to have all funds distributed to shareholders and the company mothballed.
But you never know...AFTER ALL THIS IS THE VULTURE EXCHANGE !!!!!!!
good luck to all
