RE:share capital increase

RE:share capital increaseDear robnhood,
Again the staff of HRT shows that can not do any account. They should go back to primary school. They should start right from the beginning. They said in a statement that 2,640,304 representing 62% of the total issued (4,359,624) debentures. But with respect to this total value the correct percentage is (60.5%) and not 62%. Gross error in calculation very, very simple. Elementary. A shame, as always and all.

Total issued debentures: 4,359,624
Debentures converted: 2,640,304 (60.5%)"and not 62%!!
Remained: 1,719,320

Thus, in overall numbers, they converted 60% and there are still 40%, representing 1.72 million of debentures.

Dears, look at the discrepancy. The debenture holders added 1.7% to the value of social capital and took 54% of the company to date. Business china! This only in the capture in order to acquire BJSA. Imagine when you come this investment they are looking for around 1 billion dollars. Incidentally, this is a good question 1 BILLION DOLLARS: Where will so much money?

With errors like that no information that the company disclose deserves reliability. Straight, one behind the other: who guessed, who revised, who signed, who issued, all lined up by the same incompetence.
