RE:LotshiAccording to the new hydrocarbon law tenders will now be required when hydrocarbon licenses are
issued.
As we all now there is a real danger Energulf will lose the license.
Since Energulf owns the seismic maybe Energulf still has quite a good chance farming in to the block by offering the sismic results to an applying operator.
A future operator would cut down time needed to do new seismic by letting Energulf in again.
Whith the old hydrocarbon law a license was issued for an initial 5 year period.Now its only three years with a potential 2+2 years extension.
