Forecast, unfortunately your posts indicate not much of an ability to think on your own. Displaying no confidence and knowledge of what's going on, this  probably isn't a stock that you should be holding.  It's been a dog for years and wouldn't even be in this position if the CEO and BOD had been doing their jobs. Instead of telling people what they should be doing for shareholders, do it yourself.  Ask the CEO when he thinks this tremendous "torque" that you have fallen for, will happen, lol.
