We need a few board member who will keep Dev honest.

We need a few board member who will keep Dev honest. That ridiculous theft of our drilling money last year so that Dev and Ross could cheaply finance their other company Fission 3.0 is what really raised my eyebrows for the first time. We need board members that will call him out on even suggesting paying a 50% premium to the market price to buy shares in a microcap that is in an industry which is gripped into an epic bear market. The absolute arrogance of the personal bonuses he tried to give himself for the absolute failure of him to market and sell this asset tells me that he is still up in his "Deal Maker Of The Year" cloud from which he has already fallen. Everything Dev has proposed in the last year has always benifited him personally at the expense of shareholder value. we pay him already very well to run that company and he is not creating value anymore.... in my opinion its time for him to leave
