Guys ignore known bashers That fraudseeking2012 alias is part of the bashing team on health. Always look at these aliases's posting histories. I had to see this one on Monday at $3.55 - too many red flags. I had predicted turbulence but never imagine the plane would be flying on a sole engine. Risky stuff. Questionable pilot!
Also be careful with any "facts" stated here (CEO replacement, timing of financials). CHECK ALL THE INFORMATION! (and yes, that is SCREAMING for anyone NEW to online chats!) Number of times I'm accused of being someone else BECAUSE I USE ALL CAPS SCREAM IS HILLARIOUS!!!! :-) LOL Some of these idiots are newbies who probably peck one letter at a time on the keyboard!

Looking to come back in NHC (and VRX which I sold at a profit) but I'm not fighting the shorts.
The management here has to step up and deliver the quarterly filing. They wipe how any millions of shareholder value with that stunt? Out of respect for longs (and since I want to come back), I'll reserve my harsh words here but I will say this:
Failed filings is the #1 clue for companies in trouble. The excuses are endless, sick CFO, departed CFOs, issues with bad auditors, facilities issues etc etc At this point, it 50/50 from my view (and I'm not alone looking at the tank of the SP since the failed conference call). Ricky stuff. This is a penny stock grade investment (or worst) with the way management is behaving.
We also appears to have some big ferocious sharks here, but guys like the Truthseeker2012 alias is easy, 100% brainless, poorly bashers. Probably outsourced offshore. He's poor hired help. Watch what the big sharks say here, spent some of my off board time reading people's profiles.....
The shorting team on these health stocks are pretty serious. The uptick this morning is tempting but the uncertainty created by the company is what is keeping me on the sidelines, at least for now. Shorts should cover but the fact they didn't right before earnings is a big worry: how did they know?
What a rollercoaster this one has been.
This feels like PHM #2 for me and for anyone who followed me on that short seller fight, you can appreciate why I'm on the sidelines here! ;-/ LOL Sure some of the same guys there are here under different aliases.
Still have to put my focus elsewhere but I keep an eye on all my stocks. Christmas looks good from here but I shy away from the short elves this year. There's too many nasty ones around! ;-)
And the solution to all of this: ban or regulate shorting and ban anonymous trading. Put all the cards on the table so we don't have these big fat sharks bragging they are "worthy" while the little retail guys get raped and pillaged.
PS I think all the weak retail is already gone. I have enough experience to want to come back but not everyone does that.
