More on revenue streams for Ubisur and others
More on revenue streams for Ubisur and othersNow Moseda (Smart Health Side / not including potential JV revenue on SmartFleet) has the below detailed Four main revenue streams.
1) Subscription ( $5 - $15/month per patient)
• Manage patient health in long-term and home care environments
2) Video Consultations
• 10% of consultation fee (average fee of $50)
• Proprietary video consultation with North American healthcare professional
• Domestic and international patient base
3) Hardware Sales • Up to 40% margin on hardware sales
• Prices range from $50 - $600 CAD
• Smartphones, tablets, BP monitor, scale, wristband, etc.
4) Data Collection
• Partner with research and healthcare companies to study data, enlist patients in clinical trials, etc.
** This is the first validation of revenue stream #1 and #3:
On October 15th, it was announced that Moseda received an initial (suggesting more to come) purchase order totalling over $350,000 (at an estimated margin of 40%) from a client with 20K patients for software and hardware (this also includes msd’s mHealth software). The order will be fully earned (recorded as revenue) in November 2015.
** This is the second validation of revenue stream #1:
On November 17th, it was announced that Moseda has launched a pilot project with a multi-location client in western Canada. Moseda is implementing its mHealth technology to help the client manage digital health records, monitor patient daily vital signs, track patient visits and organize personnel. This specific client has multiple locations and the project will be completed (recorded as revenue) in January 2016. The pilot project will end with the full deployment of mHealth with monthly subscription revenue.
Now we made two consecutive revenue generating deals with large multi-location clients. Based on these two deals in two months, I personally consider the MOSEDA model as being validated.
Our CEO has been knocking on a lot of doors, shaking a lot hands, presenting the business and the products and services it has to offer, and successfully closing deals.
Not to mention that the first 2 deals, have a huge potential for recurring revenue and expansion. Who knows who the next potential customer will be, but I do know that the demand for our software and technology is huge and the long term patient and home care industry is growing at a phenomenal rate.
Good luck to all, narmar
