I'll try again.lol. Posted before entering a comment. All I wanted to add is that Cinven wouldn't have accepted 8.49M shares @ $110.00 CAD if they would have believed that they were redicolously priced and about to fall.  In the end it was all a culmination of numerous unforeseen circumstances which resulted in bad timing for this deal. Once it (SP) was wounded all the scavengers (shorts) were circling.
Give it time and all this will be forgotten and immaterial, and Fabrice will be recommending a buy @140.00. What an idiot.
