Original shareholders get diluted in the sense that they own less % of the company. But as they say on Shark Tank, you'd rather have a small percentage of something huge than a large percentage of nothing. 

Chinese business have been struggling because some were outed as frauds and that has taken down the whole sector. Well, Peak has decided to bring the business over there. The advantage of Canadian legal oversight (ok, maybe that's not SO much better than Chinese oversight, but still better) mixed with the business opportunities seen in China. 

This is truly a breakthrough day for PKK.
