Yes, I too got today's email. I am guessing that BitGold got a ton of inquiries this week about "why can't I load my new card".

This minor irritation puts me in mind of Steve Jobs and his obession that "opening the box" of a new Apple product should be a sublime user experience. Most companies didn't give much thought to how the user would feel about unpacking. But Steve sure did!

It's not enough that something works. The user has to love how it works.

Looking forward to funding my new card tomorrow and doing some Christmas shopping.
