There won`t be a settlement because both sides have too much skin in the game. Citrix has paid their lawyers for ten years so why not another year. B&H needs a big payday just to keep their prestige rather than be a laughing stock and for some of their people their jobs are on the line.

It is an infrequent opportunity that a small retail investor gets first dibs but in this case the brokers would avoid unnecessary risk by seeking expert opinions before jumping in big time which could be a day or two away. Grab some at 50 if it is still available tomorrow.
