Boron One Holdings Inc V.BONE

Alternate Symbol(s):  ERVFF

Boron One Holdings Inc. is a Canada-based international mineral exploration and development company with its assets in Serbia. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of its resource properties. Its project includes Piskanja. Piskanja is located in a historical mining region with infrastructure for mining, including roads, rail, electric power, experienced miners, and others. The site is situated 250 kilometers (km) south of Belgrade, Serbia, accessible by paved roads. Lithology at Piskanja is typical of sedimentary basins, primarily consisting of shales, marls, and limestone, with two primary gently undulating borate beds. The mineralization is primarily dense, compact colemanite with some ulexite. The Company’s subsidiary is Balkan Gold Corp.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Where's the mining law?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Where's the mining law?3 out of 8 holes found economic borate values. 5 our of 8 holes found non-economic borate values.

Now they can drill outwards from the 3 economic borate holes to see how far the economic borate beds stretch.

Erin drills 1.88 m of 41.31% B2O3 at Jarandol

2015-12-22 09:35 ET - News Release

Mr. Blake Fallis reports

ERIN VENTURES ANNOUNCES JARANDOL BORON PROJECT ASSAY RESULTS

Erin Ventures Inc. has received assay results from this year's exploration program on its 100-per-cent-owned Jarandol basin boron property in Serbia, with the results meeting management's expectations. This phase included the drilling of 8 exploratory vertical diamond drill holes (totaling 2,723.8 meters). The completion of this drill program has fulfilled Erin's obligations in order to keep its license in good standing for an additional two years.

The Jarandol Basin license area covers 35 km2 directly adjacent to, and between, Erin's 100% owned Piskanja boron project on the eastern edge of the Jarandol Basin, and the Serbian government owned Pobrdje Boron Mine, some 2.5 km away from Piskanja on the opposite edge of the Jarandol Basin. Jarandol has the potential to host extensions to both the Piskanja and the Pobrdje boron deposits, and/or the potential to host separate, similar boron deposits.

Highlights of the 2015 drill program

assays for the 8 holes are consistent with previous geological logging, with all 8 holes returning occurrences of borates

holes EVJ-04 and EVJ-05 confirmed one borate bed, including 1.88 meters of 41.31% B2O3

hole EVJ-06 confirmed two borate beds (including the same bed seen in holes EVJ-04 and EVJ-5), with results including 1.3 meters of 41.88% B2O3

holes EVJ-01, EVJ-02, EVJ-03, EVJ-07 and EVJ-08 returned non-economic borate values (assuming cut-offs of 12% B2O3 and 1 meter minimum intervals)

collectively, twenty-seven intervals of borate mineralization were detected in holes EVJ-02, EVJ-04, EVJ-05, EVJ-06, EVJ-07 and EVJ-08 grading from 4.00% to 9.76% B2O3

Chemical analyses were conducted as follows:

Results are stated as a percentage concentration All measurements are metric

Chemical analysis was conducted by SGS Turkey, located in Ankara, Turkey with sample preparation being conducted by SGS's facility in Serbia

Analytical Methodology:

1. ICP90A (by Sodium peroxide fusion) - for determination of Boron (present in B%) and package of multi-element analysis (Al, As, B, Be, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, La, Li, Mg, Mn, Mo, Ni, P, Pb, Sb, Sc, Sn, Ti, V, W, Y, Zn)

2. ICP95A -Whole rock analysis (by Lithium metaborate Fusion / ICP-AES) for determinations: Al2O3, Ba, CaO, Cr2O3, Fe2O3, K2O, MgO, MnO, Na2O, Ni, P2O5, SiO2, Sr, TiO2, Y, Zr

3. CSA06V - total Sulphur, Leco method

4. PHY01K - for determination of L.O.I (Loss on Ignition) at approx. 950degreeC by Gravimetric Analysis Location: Jarandol Project, Baljevac, Serbia Sample type: HQ size diamond core drilling

Azimuth/dip: vertical hole, 90 degree dip

Sample interval is 0.5 metres

The ongoing work program at Piskanja and Jarandol is designed to ensure that the project complies with both the Canadian Institute of Mining "Best Practice Guidelines" and Serbian mine licensing and mine development regulations, as well as complying with recommendations made by Erin's geological consulting firm - SRK Exploration Services Ltd.

We seek Safe Harbor.
