RE:RE:RE:RE:Merger voteMid 2016 is ball park for closing.seems to me that the discount is attributable to what one would recieve in divvy (especially 4% discount in drip) at superior.
Speaking of drip,at least holders of cus who choose to wait for share exchange will have a chance to accumulate to eliminate any odd lots over time.
