To good to be true?

To good to be true?Any body knows what is up with this stock? Such a low stock price and with such big earnings? Wondering if this is just a one time earning spike and the the stock will crash after next earnings report? Or a pump and drop operation? Looks like a good concept and market but is this stock for real? Smells fishy to me!
