RE:A question and a commentAccording to what I read Bloom Burton provided a fairness opinion. Yes they were paid but no mention of that. Also we are not privy as to the narrowness of the opinion expressed; i.e. would shareholders be better off if the R & D business was sold off or shut down or spun off with a huge chunk of Nuvo's free cash.

What Nuvo will provide shareholders with remains to be seen - any pro-formas will be a work of fiction but hopefully ones that provide a glimpse of the future with real assumptions such as ex-US sales
