hold the course after the xmas rally this slight price correction is not surprising. the fundamentals still say this valuation to me is as cheap as peanuts.

I still feel Dream Global REIT is a great TSX investment hedge away from the Canadian market RISK. It would be nice if the CEO or other corporate brass at Dream Global went on the promo circut to get their name and efforts recognized out there. This BNN interview says it all - great market to invest but a relatively unknown investment play (DRG.u).
Also - a possible listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange woulld allow for more knowledgeable German REIT investors to participate in this investment and help the market exposure efforts.
