China getting scary!

For the second time this week, Chinese stock markets have shut down completely. The circuit breakers are set at 7 percent for the " closed for the day" sign to be hung in the window.

We forget that the retail Chinese investors are not unlike the American investors of the Roaring 20s. What happens when 190 million investors panic and rush for the exits at once?

I think we are about to find out.
