The NCIB is basically offsetting the dilution from the DRIP, give or take a few hundred thousand shares.

I'm not saying they got to start making drastic changes, as they do have enough cash flow to cover the dividend.  However, they are the ones saying we gotta get the stock price closer to NBV.
