Thomas J. Obradovich</span> President and CEO Mr. Obradovich has more than 30 years experience in mining exploration, development and financing. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Continental Exploration Corp., and he was one of the key individuals behind Aurelian (acquired by Kinross Gold Mines for $1.2 billion in 2008), which discovered the Fruta Del Norte gold deposit in Ecuador. Mr. Obradovich was also the co-founder of Canadian Royalties Inc., which discovered and developed the Raglan south nickel belt. Mr. Obradovich acquired most of the Matachewan gold camp and, through a reverse takeover of Young-Davidson Mines Ltd., upgraded and doubled the resource which was subsequently acquired by Northgate Minerals in 2005. In 2011, Mr. Obradovich was appointed to the board of Dalradian Resources Inc. and he was appointed Chairman in 2012. Dalradian is currently developing the mesothermal high grade Curraghhinalt gold deposit in Northern Ireland.<br /> <br /> <span style="background-color:#ffff00;">Andres Tinajero CFO</span> Mr. Tinajero has over 20 years of business experience, having supported a broad range of industries, including mining, manufacturing and technology. During this same period, he has served as CFO and Vice President of Finance of several medium sized public companies across Canada. He holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA, and is also a Member of the Canadian Institute of Certified Management Accountants, the Certified Practicing Accountants of Australia and he is a Certified member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.<br /> <br /> <span style="background-color:#ffff00;">Paul Geddes VP Exploration</span> Paul F. Geddes, P.Geo. (APEGBC Licence 42267), has more than 20 years exploration and development experience in Canada and the United States, with a strong background in delineating structurally complex gold deposits and building mineable resources in a cost-effective and timely manner. Mr. Geddes has held various roles with major and junior mining companies, including Noranda Mining and Exploration Ltd., Teck Exploration Ltd., INCO Technical Services Ltd., and North American Palladium Ltd. Most recently, he oversaw the nearly thousand-fold increase in global gold resources for Rainy River Resources Ltd.’s operations west of Fort Frances, Ontario, prior to the company’s takeover by New Gold in October 2013. <span style="background-color:#ffffe0;">Mr. Geddes is the Qualified Person (QP) for BGM in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.</span><br /> <br /> <span style="background-color:#ffff00;">Kevin L. McMurren Mine Manager</span> Having previously served as Mine Manager at the Company’s QR Mine and Mill between 2010 and 2011. Mr. McMurren will be on site overseeing all of the mining operations at the QR Mine and the Bonanza Ledge Mine. He has over 30 years of mining operations experience, most recently as Underground Mines Manager for Avion Gold Corporation in Mali, Africa where he was part of a team that brought two underground gold mines into production and started the development of a third new mine. From 2005 through 2009 he was Mine Manager during pre-production development for New Gold Inc.’s New Afton Project, an 11,000-tpd, block cave, copper-gold project near Kamloops, BC. Prior to this, Mr. McMurren held senior technical and supervisory positions with an emphasis on the start up of mining operations. Projects have included: the Billiton Mount Pleasant Tungsten Mine and the LAC Minerals — Billiton Tin Project in New Brunswick, Noranda’s Golden Giant Mine in Ontario, Canmine Resources’ Werner Lake Cobalt Project in Ontario and the Maskwa Nickel Project in Manitoba, and the Cabot Corporation’s Tanco Mine, also in Manitoba. Mr. McMurren started his mining career at Sherritt Gordon Mines’ Fox Lake Mine in Manitoba in 1978.<br /> <br /> <span style="background-color:#ffff00;">Lisa McCormack Corporate Secretary </span>Lisa McCormack is a professional law clerk, specializing in securities and corporate law. She has served as Corporate Secretary of several public companies, including Trelawney Mining and Exploration Inc., Superior Copper Corporation, MAG Copper Limited and as Vice-President, Legal of Northern Gold Mining. Ms. McCormack is currently Corporate Secretary of Kerr Mines Inc., Mainstream Minerals Corporation and a Director of Airesurf Network Holdings Inc. She has over 19 years of experience working for various securities and corporate finance law firms in Toronto and assisting public issuers within the mining industry.
